Founder & CEO
Prajakta Kashelkar
With over 15 years of experience in the investment industry, Prajakta is a subject matter expert in personal finance. She is a 1st generation entrepreneur with a commitment to the community’s financial well-being.
She is a post graduate in Finance and Management and completed her Bachelor’s degree from Pune University. She has trained in Commodities, Derivatives, Insurance, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management among other things.

Dr. Ramkrishna Kashelkar
Ramkrishna carries over 20 years of experience in research across finance, economics and capital markets. His passion for the behavioural side of investing and for spreading financial literacy has helped draft Pro-F’s vision.
He completed his PhD from the Savitribai Phule Pune University, analysing the factors influencing fund managers’ decisions. He is a columnist in leading newspapers and a speaker at various management institutes.
